Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage user inquiries and requests related to the HRIS system, providing timely and effective support
- Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any system-related issues
- Support the implementation of SAP enhancements related to recruitment and payroll functions
- Conduct regular maintenance of the SAP system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to provide HRIS support and ensure alignment with business needs
- Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HRIS systems
- Proven experience with SAP is preferred; familiarity with other HRIS systems will be considered
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regional experience in the APAC market is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
- Immediate availability is preferable
